The first thing I did when I got to the desert: Ran into a giant cactus, cut my hand and forehead. I have boss scars. If anyone asks, the official party line is, I fought a small wild animal. Waking up in Sedona this morning was surreal, but so was the small town of Jerome that we accidentally walked into, 5600-feet above sea level.
